Retiring tracker

Hi - I wanted to make sure everyone in WAI coordination saw what we 
discussed in last week's meeting about Tracker:

The Systems team will retire that tool this year, archiving content so 
it remains readable but can no longer be updated. Only a few W3C groups 
are using it, and they are being asked to migrate to other tools. Please 
post discussion and suggestions for alternative to this list.
