I am not sure if there is much to discuss at this point, but this is very interesting from an accessibility perspective. It is very related to something the Publishing WG has been looking at as we work on Audiobooks. Audible, the largest distributor of audiobooks and a part of Amazon, has recently begun offering captioning for audiobooks[1] . This could be great for users, but it also presents major issues from a rights perspective.
