Likely regrets.

A new HTML Working Draft is due to be published Tuesday 28th, for review.

Note that there is a changes section in each Working draft, to help identify things that have been changed, and that there is a rough schedule for publication based on the milestones listed in the github repository https://github.com/w3c/html/milestones for people who want to schedule review.
