[WAI CC] No meeting 23 November; next meeting 7 December 2016

Hi All,

Based on online responses plus what people said during our last meeting, 
we have a few people available and willing to meet today, but no 
pressing agenda items.

So, no meeting today. Our next scheduled meeting is Wednesday 7 December.
