We're mostly through the accessibility bugs from Bugzilla, so this week's
call will probably mostly look at other bugs. Next week we might go
through and check the list of accessibility bugs again, because some bugs
probably won't have been dealt with as fast as we like.

People are certainly welcome to take part in the call - or to participate
directly in discussion on github, with the caveat that we'll ask for an
IPR commitment if you propose anything that would be a substantive change.

Please note that we're not adding anything that is not implemented
interoperably, to ensure we can ship an HTML Recommendation this year.
Good ideas should instead be discussed first in the Web Platform Incubator
Community Group - https://discourse.wicg.io - to get some implementation
commitment, before bringing them to the HTML spec. We hope for another
version of HTML next year, so missing the deadline isn't actually the end
of the world.

We're actually removing stuff that doesn't work in reality - although
since some of those things are good ideas, they have gone to the incubator
group to look for more commitment and/or getting them into better shape.
Some of those are accessibility features like accessKeyLabel - which was
only implemented once, with a load of bugs. The experience showed that
there were some good ideas in there and some things that could be readily
improved - in particular, the aria-shortcuts work can benefit from
learning some of the lessons, and I hope that a vastly improved approach
to shortcuts will be part of a future version of HTML.

cheers
