Dear Andrew and All Apologies for absence tomorrow. We have a EDeAN/DFAEI project meeting on 16th and 17th. I would obviously like to be part of the discussion on training, but will have to follow up next time. I will let my DFAEI project know that WAI is making this connection on training and will also get some details about proposals made to set up a CEN workshop. My DFAEI partners have prepared a white paper: Proposed Recommendations for the development of eAccessibility training materials for the ICT industry. I will check the DFAEI document status to see what WAI can link to. A revised version of the CEN proposal is due January. Season's greetings to all Suzette -----Original Message----- From: public-wai-age-request@w3.org [mailto:public-wai-age-request@w3.org] On Behalf Of Andrew Arch Sent: 15 December 2009 16:17 To: public-wai-age@w3.org Subject: WAI-AGE TF teleconference - 16 December 2009 Dear Task Force [1], As per schedule [2], we meet again this Wednesday (16 Dec): http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wai-age/teleconf.html#meetings - please send regrets to Andrew or the mailing list Teleconference Bridge: +33.4.89.06.34.99 / +44.117.370.6152 / +1.617.761.6200 Teleconference code: 9243# (WAGE#) IRC: Channel - #waiage; server - irc.w3.org; port - 6665 Scribe: Michael (reserve scribe: Darren) http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wai-age/teleconf.html#scribes *AGENDA*: # *Welcome* - meetings for 2010 [3] - Involving Users in Web Projects for Better, Easier Accessibility published: http://www.w3.org/WAI/users/involving.html # *Updates* * How to Contact Organizations about Inaccessible Websites - http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/responding/ - will be published this week * Before and After Demonstration (BAD - http://www.w3.org/WAI/demos/bad/draft/2009/Overview - note the design update * Better Web Browsing - http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/adaptive/strategies - draft resources in place - title updated * How People with Disabilities use the Web - http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/PWD-Use-Web/2009/ - restructured from TR doc to WAI style # *Training* - http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/changelogs/cl-training.html - discuss audience & approach Apologies for late agenda, Andrew [1] http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2008/wai-age-tf.html#participants [2] http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wai-age/teleconf.html [3] http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wai-age/teleconf-plans.html -- Andrew Arch Web Accessibility and Ageing Specialist http://www.w3.org/People/Andrew/ http://www.w3.org/WAI/WAI-AGE/
