I suggested doing a sample run to check out the efficacy of our recommendations in "how to report..." This constitutes giving myself an action item to ppursue this. I searched the morningstar.com site and couldn't locate anything that might be equivalent to "webmaster" but no joy there. So I emailed customer service re alt-tags and accessibility, etc. and it was open on Saturday. I was given the magic query address "joe@morningstar.com" which would make the dark things clear. My email to joe produced an autoreply which said they'd get right back to me - which they did and their missive said " I have forwarded your feedback to our website developers for further review."
