EOWG, including WAI-AGE Task Force,

ACTION NEEDED: Please update your expected availability for the EOWG and WAI-AGE Task Force face-to-face meeting 5-6 November 2009 in California, in the questionnaire at http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/tpac2009/

EOWG (along with the WAI-AGE Task Force) is currently scheduled to meet 5-6 November 2009 in Santa Clara, California along with the W3C TPAC[1]. However, since no one has yet registered for the meeting, we are not sure if we will have enough participants for an effective meeting. Therefore, please update your expected availability by answering the first question: "Do you think you can attend the EOWG face-to-face meeting in California 5-6 November 2009?" This is not a commitment, and you can change your answer at any time.

To make it easy to see who has updated their answer, please put in the comment field: "(updated [today's date])"

Thank you for updating this information promptly. Based on the answers, we will confirm whether or not we will be holding the face-to-face meeting as soon as possible.

Best,
~Shawn

For those who have never been to a TPAC: There will be an all-group "Technical Plenary" on Wednesday 4 November, and separate Working Group face-to-face meetings on the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of that week.
