I'm wondering about what people will think is the purpose of this (Tips
and Advice). Are we saying that this is all that's needed, that people
don't need to read the rest of the document? Or is it simply a summary
of the main points; in that case we should warn people that they need to
read the rest. Perhaps another intro line, rather than "tips and advice"
could be "Before you do anything (in haste)..."

This section is also good as something people can send by email to other
people to get them interested.

It seems like it ought to be useful, but I'm afraid that as it stands it
might leave people wondering what the rest of the document is for.

best regards,

Alan
