Hello Task Force members, Just an introductory note about the way we run and record meetings. For time checks to see what your local time is compared with the announced meeting time see http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html For joining the call, we have bridges in the US, UK and France: +1.617.761.6200 +44.117.370.6152 +33.4.89.06.34.99 After dialing in, you hear a message asking for the Conference code - we will advise this code with the agendas. If you are dialing in via Skype, then often the US number is more reliable and better quality. We also use IRC to record the meeting - and as we mentioned last week, volunteers are called for to share the scribing duties. For an introduction to IRC, and to download a client you can check: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Relay_Chat http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRC_client http://irchelp.org/ For an introduction to scribing, see the EOWG instructions (WAI-AGE specific instructions are being adapted from these and will be available shortly) http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/template.html -- Andrew Arch Web Accessibility and Ageing Specialist W3C/ERCIM, Sophia Antipolis, France Ph +33 (0)4 92 38 79 46 www.w3.org/WAI/WAI-AGE/
