Stepping down as CG co-chair

Folks,

Brent has been chairing the group for the past few months and will 
continue as sole chair of the CG.

Francois Daoust, who took over as Process & Process Director, will 
become the main team contact for this CG.

I do plan to continue as participant, especially since I remain 
responsible for the chartering of new Working Groups.
