Understood. I was unsure because previously, there were emails 
confirming each meeting. I'll learn to trust the calendar.

In terms of what's on the Agenda:

* I'm ok with closing both issues listed as "proposed to close".

* I'd recommend accepting https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/1083 it's 
a simple editorial fix. Arguably, a group resolution isn't even needed, 
and it's editorial enough I could just land it as the editor, but we're 
not in a rush, and as you just got appointed as chair, I didn't want to 
start by bypassing you.

* I suspect most/all other pending pull request are in need of further 
discussion, some in the AB, and that they're not ready to land.

* When it comes to issues, I suspect a round a triage would likely 
identify a number of candidates for closing
