FWIW, I think we should invert the order of "PRs to Discuss" and "Issues to Discuss" for two reasons: 1. PR 888 (Generalizing AC Appeals and adding recall procedures) is combining several issues, and I think we should get high level agreement on what we're doing on each of them before diving into the details of how to phrase it. (Notably, that PR is marked as a "Draft PR", probably for that reason.) * The PRs from Mike Smith should ideally have corresponding issues and some discussion about the problem they're solving and what the right solution would be. We can discuss them anyway, but I'd group them with the issues also. ~fantasai On 6/25/24 16:07, Philippe Le Hégaret wrote: > Dial-in: > https://www.w3.org/events/meetings/0b2d7f64-d334-4089-b49f-e63cedc81ccc/20240626T070000/ > This meeting is at 7am Los Angeles / 1400 UTC, Wednesday 26 June 2024. > > === Pull Requests to Review === > > Consolidate similar parts of REC revision: > PR: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pull/878 > It seems we got some late-after-merged edits comments on #878 > > Shift most discussion of Workshops to /Guide: > Issue: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pull/419 > PR: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pull/876 > (new comments from Florian) > > Making the Council's short circuit a little more flexible > Issue: https://github.com/w3c/process/issues/852 > PR: https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/885 > > Retire Proposed Recommendation > Issue: https://github.com/w3c/process/issues/861 > PR: https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/868 > > === Issues to Close === > > Issue: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pull/615 > PR: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pull/875 > got merged so can we close the related issue? > > === Process FAQ === > > Mike Smith created a FAQ in the process wiki repository: > https://github.com/w3c/process/wiki/FAQ > > === Pull Requests to Discuss === > > Rationalize/streamline/modernize some core terminology > PR: https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/883 > > Add back language about substantive changes invalidating previous review > PR: https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/887 > > Generalizing AC Appeals and using this procedure for recall > PR: https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/888 > > Intro: State some high-level goals related to WGs and their specs > PR: https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/894 > > Note that “Candidate” means “eligible” for further-advancement consideration > Issue: https://github.com/w3c/process/issues/402 > PR: https://github.com/w3c/process/pull/895 > > === Issues to Discuss === > > Recall procedures for TAG and AB > https://github.com/w3c/process/issues/882 > > Adjust AC appeal vote threshold based on participation > https://github.com/w3c/process/issues/886 > > Should member submissions be removed from the Process? > https://github.com/w3c/process/issues/648 > > Documenting standard decision policies for charters > https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/425 > > >
