1) Assign scribe, etc.,

3) Open Pull Requests <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pulls>. Where are they going?


4) Process 2022 start-up. Let’s get out priority issues labeled P2022, and identify what we need others to do so we can finish.

4.1) Already labeled P2022 <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/labels/P2022> (one, at the time of writing). (I also created a Milestone we can use).

4.2) Director-free. It’s clear that D-F needs improvement and probably finishing next year (it’s an AB priority). <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/labels/Director-free%20%28all%29>
  There are four sub-tags today:

   Goals:
      * Identify issues with policy aspects and highlight those to the AB for decision
      * Identify our own priorities
