Webex at <https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/internal-w3process/2019May/0000.html> IRC is #w3process Log of prior meeting at <https://www.w3.org/2020/12/09-w3process-minutes.html> Usual meeting time: SECOND and FOURTH WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH AT 7AM PACIFIC. ***This is off-cycle, as is the one on the 23rd Jan*** Overall purpose: welcome to 2021! 1) Assign scribe, etc., 2) Agenda bash. I expect we need to bash a bit this time. 4) Issues and PRs tagged agenda+. Yes/No, take discussion to Github, please. 4.1) Elevating a TAG document to W3C Approved Status <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/461> we seem to have discussed it around but (modulo naming) we seem to be converging on the summary I just posted. 4.2) Streamlining the process document is a priority; where are we on that? <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/356> (Note that making a separate Registry track goes in the opposite direction). 4.3) Enumerate the requirements for wide review <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/130> Where are we? 4.4) all the rest of P2021 are Registries. Let’s discuss the survey. We haven’t had much feedback offline. <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/466> As time permits, 5) Tooling? We ought to be able to make the ‘rules’ section, surely? <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/435> <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pull/436> The usual closers: 6) Next meeting. 23 Jan 7) Any other business.
