Hi all,

My talk for the AC meeting about Registry is out now. For anyone who's 
trying to figure where we are on this topic, this is hopefully a good 
primer:

In addition to summarizing where we're at, it includes links to the 
current draft proposals, and a summary of the main open questions. That 
makes it probably useful background material for next time we talk about 
this on a teleconf.
