Yes this is off-cycle. Overall purpose: Gearing up for Process 2021. Determining priorities, picking victims to address them, etc. 1) Assign scribe, etc., 2) Agenda bash. 3) Discuss and close-out issues. 4) Editor’s start on the cleanup, pull requests, and so on. <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pulls> etc. 5) Work through the four lists of issues: 5.1) Proposed to close: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/labels/P2021%3A%20Close> 5.2) Proposed explicitly to defer: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/labels/P2021%3A%20Defer> (there are plenty others that will be deferred by neglect) 5.3) Proposed that we handle if they finish in time: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/labels/P2021%3A%20Candidate> 5.4) Proposed as important, worth delaying to get: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/labels/P2021%3A%20Priority> 5.5) Then obviously: other issues that should have fallen into one of those buckets and didn’t get a label. The usual closers: 6) Next meeting. Wed August 12th. We’ll be looking for and at actual proposals (ideally) or issues tagged Agenda+. get your comments, text, and ideas in. 7) Any other business.
