I do not think there is a real need, beacuse of W3C is de facto a
juristic person or juridical person or legal person. 

The concept is now central in both common-law and civil-law countries
and in virtually every legal system. 

Corporations (like the C of the W3C) have some of the same rights as
people. 

I am not sure if the term or legal figure known as _corporate personhood
_will be the appropiated. 

Obviously the opinion and advice of a professional jurist is needed,
which I am not
