Changes in section 6.7.2 to implement publication of editorial changes directly as an Edited Recommendation

The changes you made do implement the intent of the proposal to allow direct publication of editorial change as an Edited Recommendation, but there are a few nits:

1.      There should be a comma after "publish" and before "MAY" in the second paragraph.

2.      Also in the second paragraph, since there is no longer an AC Review, "Such publications should be called Edited Recommendations", the Proposed is no longer necessary.

3.      In the third paragraph, " votes against publishing the corrections directly as a Proposed Recommendation," should be "votes against publishing the corrections directly as an Edited Recommendation" to match the change in the prior paragraph.
