The only changes apart from typo fixes are in 5.2.6

The spate of recent drafts is because the Advisory Board, who formally own  
the Process, are trying to approve a draft to recommend for adoption, and  
they have requested minor changes. With any luck this draft will be  
accepted by the AB…
