Ian, I believe that you have correctly implemented the results of this morning's discussion. I would, however, suggest one change: OLD: When there is a vote, each Member (or group of related Members) is invited to rank candidates in order of preference. NEW: When there is a vote, each Member (or group of related Members) is invited to submit one ballot that ranks the candidates the Member finds acceptable in preference order. My goal here is to identify the "ballot" is specifying the ranking order and to get David Singers "you find acceptable" into the statement. The last bit is just English preference and not so important that you really need to make a change. I could also live with "a ballot" instead of "one ballot".
