w3process-ISSUE-34 (good standing): Remove the Good Standing rules from the process document? [Process Document] http://www.w3.org/community/w3process/track/issues/34 Raised by: Charles McCathie Nevile On product: Process Document The process document identifies a particular set of rules by which chairs may declare a group member "no longer in good standing" and therefore withdraw their right to participate as a member in e.g. votes. These are not used by most groups, and may not be appropriate for the groups that do want to use such requirements. Should they be removed in favour of allowing a charter to define rules if the particular group wants them?
