Hi folks,

formally this group looks at the formal requirements of process. Does  
anyone object to also looking at best practices for using that? The sort  
of information that should be available to people who join a WG, but that  
is too much detail to put in the process document itself, or isn't ever  
going to be normative, just helpful?
