I really like this statement! Thanks for putting it together. One small suggestion is to change "increase visibility of under-represented groups" to "increase the presence of under-represented groups", in the last paragraph? I'd have changed it directly in the GoogleDoc, but I have a habit of destroying things when I try to use those things! Léonie.
