GitHub Repository Request: Verifiable Supply Chain Community Group (vsc)

As the proponents of the *Verifiable Supply Chain Community Group (VSC CG)*
, Verifiable Supply Chain | Community Groups | Discover W3C groups | W3C
<https://www.w3.org/groups/cg/vsc/> we are writing to request the creation
of an official GitHub repository to host our technical specifications, use
cases, and meeting minutes.

The group has reached the required threshold of support and is now active.
We would like to begin drafting our initial deliverables, specifically the
Industry-Specific VC/UORA Profiles and the Interoperability Toolkit.
