Adam, your message prompted me to rediscover that StratML is referenced at https://www.w3.org/community/voter-decision-support/wiki/Main_Page While this group has been dormant, it may not be too late to add value during this U.S. election cycle. I will continue trying to do my part at http://ambur.net/#Candidates However, if there is any interest in doing so, I will be happy to render in StratML format any plan of action the group may wish to document and pursue.
