FW: Proposal to redirect w3.org/cg/* to older w3.org/community/ pages

I think it's a good idea to eliminate the new community group page and stick with the old one as Ian proposes.
New: https://www.w3.org/groups/cg/voiceinteraction/
Old: https://www.w3.org/community/voiceinteraction/

I know I have found the new page confusing myself and I think the old one is sufficient.
