Updated README.md for the smart voice agent Workshop

Hi everyone, hi Debbie and Kazuyuki,I made some first changes to https://github.com/w3c/smartagents-workshop to focus more on voice than it is done at https://github.com/w3c/strategy/issues/507.I also reviewed the current ideas for the other workshop AI Agents & the Web.The AI Agents & the Web proposal for a W3C workshop focuses on user-friendly smart agents, but it does not focus specifically on voice agents. Instead, it has a broader scope that includes:- Agent-user interaction models (text, GUI, voice, multimodal)- Agent-agent interaction and orchestration- Data portability and user control- Privacy, security, and trust- Standardization needs and gapsWhile voice is mentioned as one possible modality, it's not the central theme. The goal is to discuss smart agents more generally — including conversational, embodied, or software-based agents — and how to make them user-friendly and interoperable within the Web ecosystem. In contrast, the Smart Voice Agents Workshop (after my edits) does place more emphasis on voice agents including references to speech interfaces and the interaction between users and services via voice. So in summary:- Workshop AI Agents & the Web: Broad focus on smart agents; voice is just one aspect.- Workshop Smart Voice Agents : More specifically oriented toward voice agents and their web integration. So, I see a completely different focus of these two, although they share some topics. I do not see a problem with that. In case, there are further concerns from the other workshop, I would try to argue removing the topic of voice interaction from the other workshop. Please, feel encouraged to comment on my thoughts.I will take and break and review my edits in in a few days.Dirk
