Personalization and User Settings

Hi everyone,while I was trying to add some conent to the architecture document for issue https://github.com/w3c/voiceinteraction/issues/50 Concept for user settings, I also saw the need to add a dedicated component for personalization.My current edits are section 3.2.5.3 Personalizationnew section to describe the new componentsection 3.3.6 User Settingsactual work for issue #50section 3.4Added component personalization to the overall architecture figureI would appreciate, if you could find some time to review my changes.
