Dear Chairs of CGs,

Dominique Hazaël-Massieux and I lead the W3C Community Group program. We are organizing a meeting of the W3C Community Council on 
3 September 2025 at 15:00 UTC [1] for an update on our activities to enhance the program [2].

We would like to invite you to the discussion of our activities around:

* Lowering barriers of the transition to standardization
* Improving support for chairs and groups
* Clearer communications about the status of specifications and groups

We are especially interested in the perspectives of CG Chairs on these topics. We look forward to chatting with you,
