RE: Issue #53 Add section how to cope with private data

This looks very good to me. I would just suggest adding a reference or link to FHE to make it easier for readers to learn about this.  Also, it looks like this sentence "Some of these options, like \emph{encrypted data is shared}..." has a formatting issue.
