Meeting minutes

  GitHub issues

   issue 64

   dirk: made some changes

   (all) agree to close

   issue 57

   (all) agree to close issue

dirk: issue to align implementation with architecture
. starting to work on this, simplifying diagrams
. starting from section 5.1.2 requires more work
. work with interaction manager and modality components

debbie: we should add a reference to the implementation in the
   architecture document

dirk: still need to work on issues 50, 46 and 41

   issue 65

  JROSI vs Dialog Events

debbie: maybe we should compare DialogEvents to EMMA
. issue is not the representation but the representation of
   data and metadata

  workshop discussion

   <kaz> [6]Smart Agents Workshop repo

      [6] https://github.com/w3c/smartagents-workshop

dirk: debbie needs write access to the workshop repository
   . what are liaisons?

kaz: we should remove this part and redo

kaz: we need to provide CFP to W3C Strategy Team
. will bring this to the team next Tuesday
. then after approval can start forming PC

   dirk: candidates for PC?

kaz: has had inquiries about workshop

debbie: we can look at people who responded to old discussion
. is there a limit on attendees?

kaz: up to 100 should be ok

   debbie: size of PC?

kaz: need to review position statements, so 10 people should be
   enough
. now we could require just a 1-2 line position statement

debbie: we could just use informal conference management on
   GitHub

kaz: will revisit how we organized the Smart Cities workshop
. could create smart agents workshop (private)
   . submit proposals by email

kaz: we could set up a private email address for submissions

dirk: and then add submissions to the private repo

dirk: make a table of topics and make sure that there are the
right PC members to cover the topic

dirk: will start creating table of possible topics

kaz: should convert markdown to HTML, will do this

kaz: script for converting markdown to HTML

<kaz> [7]fyi, Tools to convert MD to HTML

      [7] https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/tree/main/CONTRIBUTIONS

kaz: will give us an update on Strategy Team discussion

debbie: then we can start assembling a PC
. we can take a look at dirk's table next time
