   dirk: proof of concept implementation

   we agree to use W3C license

   dirk: will add to the repository

   debbie: will add Noreen's edit for the Russian Doll principle
   . debbie to add Jon's edit

   dirk: the concepts of error handling are missing in both
   documents
   . either by returning values, returning exceptions or leave
   open

   debbie: returning values is more consistent with the web

   dirk: returning values might be easier
   . but checking for return values causes the code to be clumsy
   . will try to come up with a first draft
   . look at OVON dialog events, can't make much use of it because
   it involves what happens in an IPA

   debbie: next time let's talk about this
