Issues from todos in architecture document

Dear all,

I just created some new issues in GitHub from the architecture document https://w3c.github.io/voiceinteraction/voice%20interaction%20drafts/paArchitecture/paArchitecture-1-3.htm which were only mentioned as to be detailed in future versions of this document in the hope not to lose track of them.

They now appear also under issues https://github.com/w3c/voiceinteraction/issues

- Forwarding of input to nested IPAs is not defined
- Client Activation Strategy
- Define preselection of nested IPAs
- Describe the Russian Doll Principle
