dirk: asks to read the interfaces document and ask questions
. after any questions are resolved send to a broader audience
   for review

dirk: send to the mailing list

debbie: give them two weeks and if no objections we'll publish

dirk: would like to go for reference implementation
   . where to put code?
. to make sure that spec makes sense

dirk: will get started after two weeks and encourage community
   group to contribute
. this relies on IPA's that rely on intent
. we should put intentless chatbots aside for now

  implied requirements

   6. ??The Dialog Manager makes use of the NLG to generate audio
data to be rendered on the IPA Client a. This should be
   "generate text" I think

   dirk: correct

   3.2.4.7 is correct

   dirk: IPA can issue commands

   3.2.5.1 ok

   3.2.5.2 ok

   3.2.5.3

jim: an example could be today's date
. could be extinguished after the session ends

   3.2.5.1 history

   3.2.5.1.1 ok

   3.3 API's/Data

3.3.1 ok, the opposite of 3.2.4.7

   3.3.2 ok

   3.3.3 ok

3.3.4 ok, sending to all is also a selection strategy

debbie: will convert to HTML, put it in GitHub, then review

debbie: will decide to publish interfaces document in the next
   call

dirk: after this requirements document is in GitHub will make
   some changes to architecture document

debbie: can keep as version 3, then publish version 3

dirk: still need to finalize open issues
