During today's discussion, we updated requirements sections on activation strategy, Local Services, IPA Services, and ASR. The next
discussion will start with NLU requirements. The updated document can be found at:

The next call will be December 14 and there will be no call December 28. The first call in January will be January 11.

   jim: should change 3.2.2.2 to MAY

   jim: if we have two agents chatting with each other the agents
   may bypass the client and talk to whatever is behind the client
   . users don't talk at the semantic level, just voice or text
   . so then we can bypass the client

   jim: semantic output only applies to agents talking to each
   other
   . semantic output is desirable only if you're talking to
   another agent

   3.2.2 ASR

   next time resume at 3.2.3 NLU

   for ASR, we want to add additional data that can be derived
   from speech, e.g. emotion
