RE: [voiceinteraction] call November 4, 2020 CANCELLED

It doesn't look like we have a quorum for today's call, so let's cancel it
and resume in two weeks (November 18). 

In the meantime, I've updated the introduction and problem statements of the
architecture document, so please take a look at the changes and send
comments to the list. The biggest change is a new paragraph in the
introduction that emphasizes the crucial role of interoperability standards
for enterprise-specific intelligent assistants.
