   dirk: will have to cancel meeting on the 13th
   ... the next meeting will be the 27th
   ... dirk will review

   debbie: could add "potential for standardization"

   dirk: will review document, push to github
   ... will try to add "potential for standardization" section
   ... core NLU to Core data provider would be one example

   debbie: dialog manager and dialog registry
   ... could that be like a DNS for dialogs
   ... but how "semantic" should the dialog registry be?
   ... maybe just keep it as a big list
   ... or could investigate MMI discovery or IoT registry
   ... should mention related work in "potential for
   standardization"
   ... should be able to adopt existing standards for
   authentication

   dirk: Alexa has some way to announce new skills

   debbie: would be nice to prioritize

   dirk: speech output and input
   ... maybe there is something that exists already
   ... interface between the green and orange part

   debbie: we should try to find topics that are interesting to
   work on
   ... we should try use SpeechTEK to interest new participants

   dirk: where are the gaps?

   debbie: this is kind of a "gap analysis"
