Some questions about the W3C Intelligent Personal Assistant Architecture 1.As I understand, Google Assistant, Alexa, Microsoft Cortana, Bixby, and other IPA providers reside in the blue rectangle to the right of the architecture picture. 2.What is the relationship between Dialog n/Intent Set n (in the orange box) an IPA provider n (in the blue box 3.Who do you envision will build and maintain the dialog (the orange rectangle)? This looks like a giant joIPA Providers supply their own user interface. 4. Will they allow giving up control to the client (green box) an Dialog (orange box) especially their own TTSs and ASRs 5.It appears to me, that the orange dialog serves two purposes (a) answer common questions and (b) route remaining questions to the appropriate IPA provider. Do I understand this correctly. Regards, Jim Larson
