IPA Architecture Draft

Hey there,

as discussed in the last IPA standardization call, I tried to come up with a first achitecture draft that we may consider for the standardization.

It mainly shows some building blocks that I see right now, but I already want to put it for discussion.

Curently, I only have an image and I am continuing to work on some descriptive text.

Anyway, we will be discussing this in our next call on Sep 18th.
