The LDAC workshop series provides a focused overview on technical and
applied research on the usage of semantic web, linked data and web of data
technologies for architecture and construction (design, engineering,
construction, operation, etc.). It aims at bringing together researchers,
industry stakeholders, and standardization bodies of the Linked Building
Data (LBD) community together. The aim of the workshop is to present
current developments, coordinate efforts, gather stakeholders, use cases
and plan future activities. The topic of the 2016 event is how to use the
semantic web technologies for building information management in diverse
practical use cases. The LDAC 2016 event provides an opportunity to present
and openly discuss these use cases.

* linking building data to product data, GIS data and sensor data
* Web of Building Data
* use cases and applications
* decentralised publication of models
* interoperability
* model harmonization
* loosely coupled interoperation
* information exchange
* ontology and instance mapping
* building data localization
* semantic web services

* semantic query systems and approaches
* visualization frameworks
* open data publication


*SUBMISSION*
Submit a 2-pager position statement in English (about 800 words) before the
submission deadline (18 April 2016), including the following:
* Title, authors, contact addresses, affiliations
* Targeted session: Use case, Technical, Hands-on/tutorial, or Plenary
* Abstract
* Introduction
* Short presentation of your work
* Key references

If you are proposing a hands-on or tutorial, please also include:
*Indication of how you plan to organize the hands-on session
*Facility requirements (server, beamer, …) and requirements for attendees
(own laptop, software installed, …)
