Schema.org proposal for RsvpAction

Schema.org currently has an RsvpAction; however, it is not clear how to
send the actual RSVP response and the number of guests who will attend. To
that end, we propose adding the properties "rsvpResponse" and
"additionalNumberOfGuests".
