[Proposal] schema:OnlineCourse

Hi,

I¹d like to propose a new subtype of CreativeWork for describing online
courses.

It could be used for publishing information about online courses (e.g. many
courses from MOOC) such as:
Start date: with http://schema.org/startDate
End date: with http://schema.org/endDate
Instructor, publisher(e.g. Stanford University), provider(e.g. Coursera)
etc.
