While I share some of Aaron's concerns... I am also not worried about increased complexity, extensions, and long tail domains and their needs...because... I am very optimistic that the testing tools will ease any burden for webmasters....ensuring that everyone can understand their data, and that they have it marked up in an appropriately meaningful way. I.E. We will get there, as we get there.
