Re: Support non-commercial usage of schema.org/Offer - RDF(S) patch

Dear Dan:

Thanks for the hard work. This proposal is perfectly in line with the intended meaning of the underlying conceptual elements from GoodRelations, so I recommend adopting all proposed changes.

On the GoodRelations side, I will make sure that the next service release will also incorporate them (maybe in slightly modified wording, but semantically equivalent).

Again, thanks for your initiative!
