CASRAI's documentation looks way too concise and a bit sparse to be really
useful.  You would have to do a lot of digging and questioning of them.
 But yeah, it's a general start for Funded Projects, but not All Projects
are funded.  Anything can be Funded, and many things are Sponsored, not
necessarily Funded.  Hope that helps.
