Hold the Date 2-4 June

Hi all,

If the new WG charter is approved, then we'd like to hold a F2F meeting in the coming months.

Subject to confirmation, we're looking at all day Tuesday 2nd June through to lunch time on Thursday 4th June.

Venue: GS1, Avenue Louise 523, 1050 Brussels, Belgium.

Don't book travel yet, but do please make a note in your calendar and keep the time free if at all possible. The GS1 office has good facilities for online meetings so the event will effectively be hybrid. It's unlikely to be an issue but the maximum number of people we can accommodate on site is 30.

There are several hotels in the area at a range of prices, but there is no local discounted "company hotel". GS1 will provide sandwich lunches but dinners will be at your own expense. I'm looking into something like a Belgian Beer tour on the Wednesday late afternoon on our way to dinner. We will need to completely vacate the large meeting space no later than 13:00 on the Thursday ('cos the monthly "all hands" meeting starts at 14h 😊).

While you're at it, do make sure you have the dates for TPAC in your calendar too: 26 - 30 October, Dublin.
