Brussels F2F

Hi all,

I've just been speaking to our office manager, Kimberley, who is making all the arrangements for our F2F meeting in the first week in June. Things like catering, cleaning, building access and all the rest of it. Everything hinges on numbers of course. Our big meeting room that we're using for the main WG meeting has a maximum capacity of 28. There will be power and wifi for all and there's a full AV system in place with cameras that automatically focus on the speaker and all that malarkey so remote participation should be easy.

If you have already completed the spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Emo_yVt90Z5xnHNBPhShO4B7zYQ7kwMfNcOa6sKAdoc/edit?gid=179611341#gid=179611341, thank you, but read on - there's more.

If you have not yet completed that, and plan to attend *any part* of the meeting, remotely or in person, please do fill in your details as soon as you can.

I've added a new tab to cover the additional task force meetings. Meeting rooms have been booked for the Barcodes & Data Integrity, and the Vocabs task forces, on the afternoon of Monday 1st June. If you're attending either of those, please complete that second tab. The meeting rooms have limited capacities so, again, we need to know numbers please.

The last day of our meeting, Thursday 4th June, is a "collaboration day" meaning that most of the GS1 staff who are based in Brussels will be in the office. There will be a lot of people in the office that day as well as our group.

Lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday (only).

We're working on organising an activity for late Wednesday afternoon. Again, knowing numbers is crucial.

We'll discuss this on tomorrow's WG call but those are the main points.

Cheers

Phil
