Intent to vote on FPWD proposals tomorrow

Hi VCWG members,

Today the VC Barcodes/Data Integrity task force passed two resolutions,
regarding the publication of VC Barcodes and Data Integrity specifications
as First Public Working Drafts. However, these resolutions are contingent
on the full VCWG passing essentially the same resolutions, which we will
propose tomorrow.

Those interested can find the exact text of the proposals/resolutions from
today in the minutes of the task force call once they are published (which
the robots should take care of later tonight).
