Alternatively, you could just take them off for now as it's not important
for a FPWD to have all Editors listed. Calvin and Kyle will be replaced by
Hendry in time, so they should be removed and Hendry isn't in the group yet.

Ivan can probably look up Patrick's w3cid for you tomorrow.

Thanks for getting everything together, Dmitri! Feel free to just merge the
PR down to main as it's purely editorial and the group requested that you
prepare the FPWD.
